HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D Printing
Aleph3D uses HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) to make functional prototypes and production parts in South Africa.
What parts can I discuss with the team?
Bring enquiries for housings, brackets, fit-check prototypes and other functional components. Suitability depends on geometry, loads, environment and material selection; share these requirements with the model.
How do I choose a material?
PA12 nylon is described on our materials page. Ask the team to confirm the grade and availability for your job, and provide any strength, temperature or chemical-exposure requirements. A material datasheet does not by itself validate a finished part.
What affects price and lead time?
Part dimensions, quantity, material, finishing and inspection requirements all affect the quote. Include your required delivery date and destination. The team must confirm timing and tolerances for your specific order.
